IMPORTANT NOTE:  Wellington Lake is a community that is referred to as "architecturally controlled."  These controls have been put in place in order to safeguard all resident's investments in their property against individual desires that are not conforming to the general appearance and "flavor" of the neighborhood.  A safe rule of thumb is to assume that "ANY" change to your property that is visible from the street or is a change to the exterior of your home or grounds REQUIRES approval via the DRB.  Please remember to submit a DRB Modification Form prior to beginning any work on the exterior of your home or grounds.  For more up to the minute DRB information, please see the current newsletter.
